That's not my name

The Ting Tings are a Manchester and London indie pop duo composed of Jules De Martino (drums, lead guitar, bass guitar, vocals, piano) and Katie White (vocals, guitar, bass drums, bass guitar, and cow bells). They formed in December 2007 while based at Islington Mill Artist Studios in Salford. They have released four singles on their current label Columbia Records UK, including the single "That's Not My Name", which charted straight at number one in the UK Singles Chart on 18 May 2008. The album We Started Nothing was released on 19 May 2008 and charted at number one in the United Kingdom. The album has now sold over 2 million copies, with a further 4 million singles sold worldwide. Their new single, "Hands" was released on October 11 and their new album, which is yet to be named, is due out early next year.

Charlie's Angels Inspiration

Charlie's Angels is a television series about three women who work for a private investigation agency, and is one of the first shows to showcase women in roles traditionally reserved for men. The series was broadcast in the USA on the ABC Television Network from 1976 to 1981 and was one of the most successful series of the 1970s. Charlie's Angels was created by Ivan Goff and Ben Roberts and produced by Aaron Spelling and Leonard Goldberg.
Three women, the Angels (originally Kate Jackson, Farrah Fawcett-Majors, and Jaclyn Smith), graduated from the Los Angeles police academy only to be assigned such duties as handling switchboards and directing traffic. They quit and were hired to work for the Charles Townsend Agency as private investigators. Their boss, Charlie (voiced by John Forsythe), is never seen full face.
Like other American TV crime shows of the 1970s, Charlie's Angels was generally formatted in the way of a procedural drama. Most episodes followed a regular structure whereby a crime is committed; the Angels are given the case details by Charlie and Bosley at the Townsend Office; the trio go undercover (usually involving something skimpy for Kelly and Jill (later Kris)); towards the end of the episode one of them is uncovered and it is a race against time for the others to rescue their friend before they meet some nasty fate. Inevitably, the final scene would be back at the Townsend Office with Charlie offering his congratulations for a job well done.

Sylvie Vartan ( born 15 August 1944) is a French singer of Bulgarian origin. She was one of the first rock girls in France. Vartan was the most productive and active of the yé-yé style artists, considered as the toughest-sounding of those. Her performance often featured elaborate show-dance choreography. She made many appearances on French and Italian TV. Yearly shows with her husband at the time Johnny Hallyday attracted full houses at the Olympia and the Palais des congrès de Paris throughout the 1960s and Mid-1970s. After a break in performances, she began recording and giving concerts of jazz ballads in the French speaking countries again in late 2004.
